CERPTA has an area for the preparation of juices and liquids from soya, almond, tiger nut and other vegetables.

We have at our disposal a hammer press, vertical and horizontal filters, an excentric chiselhammer stirrer, a centrifugal-sanitizer self-desludger, a tank with double lining and heat exchanger, an orange squeezer and a colloidal mill.
